DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM. (vertical cable railing) came without any instructions. Vertical system did not allow for tight cables, safety hazard for kids. Installer spent 4 extra days troubleshooting system, in the end i tried buying extra materials and we had to drill holes in each post and change to a horizontal cable system. Supplier did not want to reimburse me for extra expenses paid fixing their faulty product. Spent days and wasted hours conversing with manufacturer on solutions. They also dont understand the concept of time is money, the amount of hours wasted trying to fix this is absurd, no business or individual can afford this much time to repair a faulty product.
