Though I haven't begun the project yet, I reviewed all the parts upon arrival and found them to be made with great attention to quality and accuracy—very impressive. We live close to the ocean so we ordered everything in SS316 (The higher quality stainless steel). The quality of the product is excellent. I would rate it as a 5/5 and highly recommend it. The installation was a little more tricky that we had anticipated. When crimping the wires to attachments it has to be done just right. If it is too tight, the flattened ends do not fit through the holes provided, if it is too loose, then the wires come out. We used a special glue to help with this. We also found that if we tighten the wires too much, the wood will start to bow. Despite our minor problems with installation, the quality and service we received was top notch!
